DR. MAXWELL’S MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FEES HAVE REMAINED. THE SAME FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS AND THIS SEASON THERE WILL BE NO INCREASES.

Dr. Maxwell has unique training which allows him to combine injection therapy with spinal manipulation. This combination can result in superior outcomes with less treatment.

Dr. Maxwell began his professional career by graduating from the prestigious Palmer College
of Chiropractic. in 1973. With over 38 years experience he is well known for his adjusting
capabilities, especially of the cervicals. (neck)

The session also includes the ‘Thumper’ percussor.

Since Dr. Maxwell is qualified and licensed in Medicine he is able to prescribe and also
perform injection techniques
For more serious pain issues these injection techniques include neural, intraneural and
prolotherapy.

Adjustments included if desired and necessary. Also a free Medical Health Consultation if desired ( during treatment).

Dr. Maxwell was fortunate to be associated with Fred Shull. M.D. in 1980 who had been
trained in Germany in Neural Therapy.
He also trained with Dietrich Klinghardt. M.D.,PhD.
Later he spent time with Gus Prosch Jr. M.D. who was trained in Intraneural Therapy by Paul
K. Pybus. M.D. of South Africa, the developer.

3. PROLOTHERAPY ………(same fees as Neural-Intraneural)

Dr. Maxwell received training with Kent Pomeroy M.D.
He also spent time with James Carlson D.O.. He was honored to spend a lot of time with Ellis
Browning. M.D. in his final years before he ‘passed on’ at age 89.
Dr. Browning was personally trained by Dr. Hackett, the developer of Prolotherapy.

4. PROLOZONE
Dr. Maxwell was also trained in Prolozone, a technic of adding Ozone to the prolotherapy
Protocol, by Frank Shallenberger. M.D. of Carsen City Nevada.

Each Prolozone treatment is 100 per area. In other words one knee would be 75 for the prolo
plus 25 for the Ozone for a total of 100.
Prolotherapy can ‘rebuild’ weakened areas including knees that have been scheduled for
replacement. Often Dr. Maxwell uses a combination of these Specific Injection Therapies in a
single treatment session.

5. PLATELET RICH PLASMA. (P.R.P.)

Procedure is the same as Prolotherapy. About 60 cc of blood is withdrawn from the patient and ‘spun’ in the centrifuge. This separates out the serum which is then drawn off into the syringe and injected into the joint. The serum has growth factors which aid in the repair of the joint. For a very degenerated knee as an example, Dr. Maxwell will alternate prolozone with P.R.P. for faster regeneration.

HOW TO GET WELL. Drugs cannot cure or build health and treating symptoms has nothing to do with the cause(s)

The first ‘Key’ to getting well is realizing that you alone are responsible for your own health and well being.

It’s all up to you and here’s what we offer.

We are pleased to have one of the best ‘I.V’. nurses. Alex has been with us for 8 years and even if other clinics have been unable to ‘find’ a vein, she will.

1.Chelation.

We offer a different type of Chelation. Instead of diluting the EDTA in 500 ml we introduce a more concentrated mixture. The formula is also different and known as Annionic Surfactant treatment. To flush the kidneys the patient drinks 1 litre of water while the I.V is dripping. This way it takes 45 minutes instead of 3 hours to complete the I.V. Plus the results are better because of the more concentrated solution.
Note, Some people like the 3 hr ACAM formula chelation and this is also available.

2. Hydrogen Peroxide.

We also offer hydrogen peroxide I.V’s known to ‘knock out’ virus’s but also very useful for bacterial conditions.

3. Vitamin/mineral pushes.

Nutritional I.V’s such as amino acids and minerals are often ‘miracle treatments for various chronic conditions.

4. Ozone Therapy.

Major Auto-Hemotherapy. 100 to 250 ml of blood is emptied into a 500 ml I.V. bag which is then filled with Ozone and slowly mixed with the blood until the blood is saturated with Oxygen.
I.V. bag is then ‘hung up’ and the blood re introduced.

5. Chezone.

This is where a Major autohemotherapy treatment is followed immediately by a chelation treatment. This is the suggestion for all chronic degenerative conditions.
When the treatments are run concurrently instead of costing 100 plus 65 or 165 the fee is reduced to 150 each.

6. I.V. Alpha Lipoic acid using protocols of Dr Berkson.

Conditions typically successfully treated by Alpha Lipoic acid include cancer, C.O.P.D.

1. BLOOD TESTING provides the ultimate information regarding correctable risk factors which may predispose you to disorders such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and more. Information about general health and nutritional status can also
be gained through blood testing. This season we offer 2 choices. Our comprehensive
panels either with or without hormones

The Opti-cardio Panel includes.

Glucose, BUN, Creatine, Uric acid, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, CO2, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Total Protein, Albumen, Globulin. A/G ratio, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase, GGT. L.D.H., SGOT, Iron, Triglycerides. Serum cholesterol, HDl, LDL, VLDL, LDL/HDL ratio CBC/differential. Basic Thyroid Panel- Total T4, TSH, T3 uptake, HbA1c, TIBC&%iron saturation, Ferritin, C-Reactive Protein (High sensitivity). 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D, .Homocysteine, Fibrinogen, Insulin Fasting, ABO grouping, Insulin Fasting and Urinalysis.

With Hormones, including, Free and Total Testosterone, Estradiol, Total Estrogens. DHEA sulphate, Progesterone and a.m Cortisol.

The fees for these Blood Tests include a Computer Analysis, Consultation and Report.

2 FOOD ALLERGY TEST.

Hidden allergic reactions to foods such as milk, wheat, corn, soy, citrus, tomatoes and
peanuts are often incorrectly attributed as the symptoms of a viral infection or re-current
“cold”. Food Allergies can contribute to common symptoms
(Including fatigue, headache, anxiety, as well as itchy runny nose and puffy eyelids.
Delayed allergies, often referred to as hidden Food allergies, can manifest symptoms
days after the consumption of an offending food.
Over the years, arthritis, gastrointestinal disorders, auto immune diseases,
Eczema, and migraines to name a few serious conditions exacerbated
with food allergies, can develop into chronic conditions.

This test screens for antibody reactivity against 96 different commonly
consumed foods. These tests have been in accordance with the CLIA
Proficiency testing critea for acceptable analytical performance. With this
simple finger prick test you will have your results in approx. 14 days
from the time the test is received by the lab.

You can add the Environmental panel which will test for the following
Antigens.

Common Grass: Bahia, Bermuda, Smooth Brome, Johnson Sweet Vernal
Timothy, Perennial rye.

Common Molds: Alternaria tenuis, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cladosporum
Herbarum, Penicillium Notatum.
Common Indoor Allergens: Cat Antigen, Dust Mite Mix, German cockroach,
Dog Epithelia, House dust.

There is no additional blood sample needed beyond the sample submitted for
Food allergy testing. Anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive medications
such as oral, intranasal or topical corticosteroids (prednisone, cortisone, etc.)
and topical cortisone may affect test results.

3. ORGANIC ACID TEST KIT. Metabolic Organic Acid Testing gives supplement
consumers guidance to their specific vitamin, mineral and amino acid needs
relative to their health status, genetic tendencies, aging and oxidative status.
Urinary organic acids derived from the metabolic conversion of dietary proteins,
fats and carbohydrates, in addition to compounds of bacterial origin, provide a

4. ORGANIC ACID TEST KIT WITH ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTANTS.

Chronic exposures to a number of occupational and environmental pollutants are a
Growing concern in our industrialized world. Many have been linked to a number of
pathologies including neuropsychological dysfunction, lowered white blood count,
dyspnea, anemia, and certain cancers.

Chemicals in the report include metabolites of;-

• Xylene (xylene, a ubiquitous petrodchemical solvent.)
• Toluene
• Benzene.
• Trimethylbenzene
• Styrene
• Phthalic Acid Esters

Note. (Phthalates are used in the manufacture of plastics to allow for flexibility and to

• Parabens.

(Parabens are a widely used family of preservatives found in many cosmetic,
Pharmaceutical and industrial products.Parabens have inherent estrogenic
and other hormone related activity and have been implicated in the growth and
development of human breast cancer cell lines)

Trace Mineral Analysis measures the Mineral content of hair, which reflects the mineral
content of the bodies tissues. The hair also reveals the presence in the body of ‘heavy’
metals such as Mercury,Cadmium, Nickel, Lead etc which all have a deleterious effect on
